FAQ

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions:
What are your hours?
Monday - Friday
9:00-10:00 AM
4:00-6:00 PM
Saturday
9:00-10:00 AM
3:30-4:30 PM
Sunday 4-6 PM Only
All hours are negotiable. Since I do live on the property I ask that you have an appointment
before arrival.
Are Reservations Necessary?
Yes, we do require that reservations be made prior to your arrival. We recommend that you
make holiday and summer reservations in advance, as we do fill up quickly.
Can I Bring My Dog or Cats Own Food?
Boarding rates do include food but if you are more comfortable with your pets own food
you can bring that. We serve Kirkland Chicken and Rice Formula dry dog food and Kirkland
Signiture brand cat food.
What happens if my pet is injured or becomes ill?
After assessing the situation, we will try to reach you or your emergency contact. If we
decide that medical treatment is necessary, we will contact our local veterinarian. For
after hours emergencies we have access to three emergency clinics.
Which Shots Does My Dog/ Cat Need?
All vaccinations must be current before pets will be checked in. Please ask your
veterinarian to fax this information to us at (253)804-9747 or just bring a copy when you
drop off your pet. For dogs, these shots are Rabies, DHLPP, and the Bordatella. For cats,
these shots are Rabies, FVRCP and FELV. GUESTS WILL NOT BE CHECKED IN IF SHOTS ARE
NOT CURRENT!!
Can I Bring Bedding or Toys From Home?
Yes, toys and treats are fine and only bring bedding that can be washed or thrown away.
Please avoid blankets with stuffing. Each dog run has a wood dog house so bedding is not
necessary. Also understand that occasionally your pets personal items will get lost or
destroyed. Try not to bring anything that you have to get back because we cannot be
responsible for them.
